Oktober Festival

• Outdoor Food and Brew Festival on Saturday, September 30, 2023
• Enjoy good times in the outdoors, listen to music, and have a fun-filled atmosphere.
• Located at the North Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce on the grounds of Rancho Cordillera del Norte, 9015 Wilbur Avenue, Northridge
• Event is from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Rain or shine.
• This outdoor event occurs on the 100-year-old tree-covered, historic Rancho Cordillera del Norte grounds. Stroll and shop from local businesses and artisan vendors while enjoying the sounds of live music and entertainment from the main stage. Explore a variety of food, beers, and snacks that will be available for purchase. This festival provides entertainment and brings people together for common enjoyment!

• General Admission and parking are free.
• There will be vendors, artisans, local businesses, restaurants, food, drinks, and more. Some businesses may give out samples, while others will sell goods.
• The Oktober Festival will feature local music talent.
• Wet your whistle in the Beer Garden.  Open to all attendees over 21 years old, pouring tasty cold brews & more.

• Kids corner and pumpkin patch for family fun 12:00 – 5:00 pm
• Festival after-hours with live music, select food vendors, and beer 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

• Enter off Wilbur Avenue starting at 12:00 pm. The event closes at 6:00 pm.

If you are a local band, duet, or music solo artist, want to have your music heard by the community, and don’t mind playing for tips, this is a great opportunity to play your music for your local community.   Come play at the Oktober Festival on October 10 from 12:00 – 6:00 pm.  You would have to bring whatever you need to play. This is a no-pay gig.

If you would like to become a vendor for this event, you must complete the form below. There are a limited amount of vendor spaces that are on a first come first save basis.

Vendors will be given a booth space that is approximately 10' x 10'.   Vendors must provide their own equipment - tables, chairs, and canopies (no larger than 10' x 10').  A Booth package is available for Vendors to purchase, including a 10' x 10' canopy, one table, and two chairs may be purchased at an additional charge (quantities limited. Canopy may be printed with advertising from the provider). Electricity is not available.

Payment must be made to reserve your Vendor space. Spaces are first come, first serve basis. We do not hold spaces, and sharing spaces is not allowed.  All vendors present must pay their own vendor fees.  

The application Deadline is September 8, 2023, and all fees must be paid by this date to confirm being a Vendor at the Oktober Festival.

Notice:
Filling out the VENDOR FORM does not guarantee you will be a Vendor at the Oktober Festival.  A confirmation email will be sent out with payment information.  All fees must be paid within 48hrs upon application approval to reserve your spot. NO EXCEPTIONS!
